Hi norman,

For accessibility there's Trisquel 7 and Ubuntu Mate LTS.  Fedora 21 has 
a Mate respin which might or might not come with Orca.

OpenSuSE has Gnome 3.14.  I don't believe it has a pure Mate respin.

I can give links to the isos if you need them.
