[orca-list] orca announces progress only once while copying files

Dear list
Orca does not say anything about the progress of copying files for the
second time or third time.It creates problem if we are working with
large files. The problem was first seen with ubuntu 12.4 and it
continues with ubuntu 14.4.
please tell me a solution if any.
