[orca-list] Orca defaults?

Hi,
I installed the new Vinux 4.0 onto a USB thumb drive, and I had Orca 
talking.
I then installed the latest Voxin, and there is no speech.
There is still system sounds, and I can tell that Orca is running, but it 
just isn't talking.
I did insert + space bar, and right arrowed into the voice window, and tried 
changing a few things there, but nothing helped.
I was wanting to know if there is a way to Bring up Orca with its default 
settings?
Or, what can I type in the terminal window to do something like remove it 
and then to reinstall it.
Remember that I have no speech, so even in the terminal, I would be typing 
with no feedback.
