I can confirm the crash when pressing keypad 5 inside the keybindings 
list in preferences. However, running orca --replace does restart Orca 
on my machine. It would be interesting to get the debug output for this 
one, which I'll probably try in a little while. Unfortunately, I am 
unable to reproduce any crash when navigating the configuration editor 
or when pressing the escape key in preferences.
