Re: [orca-list] thunderbird

Hi,

I'm in t-bird 11, on an Ubuntu 12.04 system, using the included orca and t-bird, and notice a few things of which you should be aware:

When typing into any of the address entry fields, Orca double-echos my keystrokes. An up side of this one, though, Orca now reads the completions. Unless I have t-bird set up to read messages in their own windows, instead of tabs, I can't get Orca to read message bodies without hitting 'reply'. Finally, and this one has been with us a long time, when reading message lists, Orca will sometimes read a line, not associated with the actual current message. Be careful not to delete the wrong messages; I've done this too many times.

HTH,

Dave

Hello, any problems with thunderbird-11?
I'm now testing it on my live system and it seems like it works. And,
yeah, it's my signature for pgp!
But I would like to get info about possible problems that I may
encounter latr.
