Latest Vinux is based on Ubuntu Maverick, so everything should work. I 
do have a correction for the SVox Pico install, however. You can install 
it using

sudo apt-get install libttspico0

and any of the apt-get lines I sent in my previous mail should be 
preceded with sudo.
