Hey all.

I just committed a new script for the jabber client Gajim. In my testing
(Gajim from Lucid's repository), things are working quite nicely.
Yay! :-)

Good, so we now have variety here.

Having said that.... As with Empathy, there are two issues I would like
to try to improve:

1. We cannot distinguish different status changes (typing, paying
attention, gone away). As a result implementing Orca's typing
notification feature can't be done until we get the client to expose
these things better. In the spirit of Orca's new, "generic" chat module,
I want to give some thought to exactly how we want clients to expose
this information to us, because if they all do it the same way, it will
be awesome.

How is accessibility going with empathy right now?
is it accessible with orca on a rudimentary level?
what all works with it?
I had given it a try 3 months back with orca 2.28.3 and it did not work well.
Happy hacking.

Krishnakant.
