That explains why with Compiz, I often found that a window would be totally inaccessible if I switched to it. I would have to minimize all windows and go to the desktop and slowly switch to the window I wanted to have it accessible.
I look forward to this bug being fixed, as it will mean I can use the zoom plugin to zoom in on things that I may want to look at quickly, inaccessible apps, etc.
