[orca-list] Network-manager and battery indicator panel applet question

Dear List!

Now Orca says this two panel applet label with Icon text.
For example Orca the Volume Manager, Evolution Mail panel applets speak
correctly volume manager, evolution mail etc..

How can possible solve this problem with localizable method?
For example the wish result is possible Orca says network-manager icon
with network-manager localizable text, battery indicator for battery
indicator panel applet.

If this is not an Orca bug, please help solve this another bugreport for
proper place.
