Please try http://coscell.molerat.net/brlkey-1.9.5.tar.bz2
After downloading please excute following commands under gnome-terminal:
1. tar jxvf brlkey-1.9.5.tar.bz2
2. cd brlkey-1.9.5
3. ./configure
4. make
5. (as root) make install
6. (as root) brlkey&
