[orca-list] Ubuntu server install question

This is probably the wrong list for this question but it is the one I
had available in my address book so my appologies in advance.

Can anyone tell me if the installer for ubuntu server 8.10 can be run
without sighted help (prefferably in braille but speech works) and if so
where I can find instructions for doing so?
