[orca-list] viavoice and other sound

I have noticed that when sound is playing, orca won't speak when using viavoice. I can, however, use espeak and still play other sounds while orca speaks. Is there a way to get this to work also with viavoice? I'm using ubuntu 8.04 and orca 2.22.1.
