Sorry for self reply, but upon further investigation, my links weren't
at the bottom of the page and I think there are some Google Ad links
that are causing navigation to be stuck. If I tab past them or use
object navigation, I seemed to get past that point and another time, I
actually heard the links' full text spoken when navigating by line.
So I can only say at this point, things are just plain funky but
workable.
