[orca-list] orca & pulse audio

OK, so I thought it would be working after I compiled 
speech-dispatcher after installing libpulse, but after I restarted my 
computer, still no speech.  I went into orca preferences, under the 
speech tab, and the only choice is gnome-speech.  Speech-dispatcher 
no longer shows up as a choice.  Help!!!!
