[orca-list] Deleting the Last File Causes Crash

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: RIPEMD160

I wonder if anyone else can reproduce this.

1. Get into the native File Browser while Orca is running.

2. Navigate into a directory and begin deleting files. I use the
right click option and choose D to delete the file. Note that I have
the ability to delete files without putting them into trash first as
an option.

3. Do this until you have one file left in a given folder.

4. Now delete this file too, just like the previous ones. As soon as
you hit space to confirmation of the delete of this final file, you
should have an empty folder but what is happening is at this point,
speech is completely lost.

I even would quit and restart Orca and Orca would start and announce
itself but then again, I couldn't do anything. Finally the only fix
was to press control-alt-backspace to kill X completely and start
over. I've had this happen several times.

Can anyone else repeat this?
