The main problem is that we'd end up with accessibility for the logout 
dialog, but not Firefox, or we'd end up with accessibility for Firefox, 
but not the logout dialog.

Joanie opened/fixed http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=555466 to 
help get us accessibility for both worlds.  According to the milestone 
listed in the bug, it should be in Orca v2.24.1.

Please remind me more about which version of Orca you are using on which 
version of which operating system distribution and if you've done any 
'extra' stuff such as build/install packages from source, changed any 
gconf settings, etc.
