[orca-list] reading with orca

Hi everyone,

Maybe this is a silly question,but I havent found a way to automatically
scroll through a document email or web page with orca.
In the world of JAWs <insert+downarrow> will just read the current
document or whatever.

Is there an equivalent in orca?
