I know people must have it as I heard demos of Orca with Eloquence from 
2006, I think they were posted out on the web. I guess it was technically 
ViaVoice, but really the same thing to the one listening to it. I've been 
looking around for that too, but can't find it. I was thinking about Dec 
Talk 4.64 or whatever runtime there is before 5.0 on phonix's site.
