Hello Marco,
Are you using Speech Dispatcher as a speech system or as a Gnome Speech
driver? If you are using it as a speech system, it should automatically
switch the language according to your current locale. Please see
http://live.gnome.org/Orca/SpeechDispatcher for more information.
You can also try my patch at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455308 to get full
synthesizer/voice selection capabilities with the Speech Dispatcher backend.
