Mike, you can check the Orca wiki pages
where you can find documentation about Orca. These pages are updated
frequently with detailed information about new features, applications,
scripts etc.
For the new bookmarking commands you can see
http://live.gnome.org/Orca/KeyboardCommands

Also you can refer to bugzilla.gnome.org
in order to get more information about a fix of a specific bug.

And of course you can write here asking for more information or for any
question.
