Orca Question about

Friends,
I have Fc3 Old Cds and Planning to install on my Hdd.
Now My question is 
1. Is it possible to enable Orca on this system?
I am willing to upgrade to gnome latest version  by   building  from
scratch.
I also don't have problem in building Orca from scratch.
Please help me very urgently as it is my job requirement.
Your help is appreciated.
