Orca exits after orca --help

If you have orca running normally and you then type orca --help in a 
terminal, the existing instance is killed and a new one is started to 
display the help. However when that exits you are left with no running 
orca. I take it this is a side effect of the intended kill-and-re-spawn 
feature. Should it be considered a bug?
