In the dmesg there is no segfault or any other notes.

Notes: This is an i486 optimized debian testing branch, the cpu has no cmov instruction.

The modem is: ID 12d1:1c05 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. E173s 3G broadband stick (modem on)

What else should I try?
