THis means the driver itself has, for some reason, decided to disconnect
itself from the AP.  You'll have to figure out why the driver
disconnected, given that it looks like your signal strength is OK.

This indicates that NM did not expect the disconnection.  So this
indicates the root cause of the issues are in the kernel driver for your
wifi hardware.  Note that the rt2860sta vendor drivers are not part of
the upstream kernel, and thus their quality cannot really be vouched
for.  They are usually better quality than random drivers you find on
the internet, but they are not of sufficient quality to have been
included in the actual Linux kernel (that's changing though, I think).
