I've had a look through this data, and there are lots of omissions, and some corrections that need to be made.

Attached is the latest version of the list. Fields are:

PPCI&N = Preferred Presentation of Country Initials and Mobile Network Name
Abrv. Net. Name = Abbreviated Network Name
Net. Type = Type of Network
MCC = Mobile Country Code
MNC = Mobile Network Code
NCC = Network Colour Code
SIM = SIM Header
Last Update = Date of the last update for each entry
