PLD Linux support in NM

Hi,

I've prepared a patch to add PLD support for the current trunk of NM.
We've maintained a similar patch since the beginning of time and would
like to push it upstream beofre 0.7.0 final ships.

What is the preferred way to get such a change? Attach the ~100kb file
here (not a lot of changes, most of it is the copy of the ifcfg plugin
that we'll likely have to customize in the near future) or create a
bugzilla ticket and post its # here?
