[wish] after disconnect please check the net if it is still available

  Let's say I am connected to A, I disconnect, then A should be 
checked if it is still there. Currently it is not done, so:
a) it misinforms users
b) it misinforms the clients, for example knetworkmanager after 
disconnection tries to connect again, and then ask me about 
login/password, it does not make sense if the net is gone
