Re: NM Install fails. dbus?



go to /etc/dbus-1/system.d/NetworkManager.conf and
/etc/dbus-1/system.d/nm-applet.conf and add a line like this to each
replacing USERNAME with your username:

<policy user="USERNAME">
       <allow own="org.freedesktop.NetworkManager"/>
       <allow send_destination="org.freedesktop.NetworkManager"/>
       <allow send_interface="org.freedesktop.NetworkManager"/>
</policy>
