As an annex, the file and directory times aren't preserved for copies
over sftp. The gnome-vfs era Nautilus really felt "transparent" - remote
connections and local alike behaved the same (and better than alternatives).

Bug 527339 looks interesting. Maybe it'll pique the maintainers'
interest and lead to something for 2.26?
