The other mime-action seems to work well.
Well, some other issues :- nautilus sniffs the content of the files when I select them. But it doesn't remember these file-types if nautilus is killed and restarted. So the first time I select, say a patch-file (yours... .patch isn't recognized as a mime-type by nautilus) on the desktop, their icon change from text thumbnail to the "patch" icon. Restart nautilus : text preview again... - some files are not sniffed well : a .doc file of mine can't be recognized at all if I don't give it a .doc suffix. An index.html file is sniffed as plain text if I remove the .html extension... But it should rather be a gnome-vfs sniffing issue than a problem with these patches.
