@samsongoddy is a very consistent member of GNOME AFRICA Committee, helping with scalable onboarding and advocating for the committee. Although, he his building an open-source committee in Africa(OSCA) but he has remained a consistent member of GNOME Africa team and I believe he will do well if given an opportunity to be a foundation member.
