Hi Tong Hui,

To be honest, he's not active to contribute to GNOME directly in this years
(since opensuse asia summit 2016) and probably until next year. He become
release manager for BlankOn Linux distribution (before, it's me).
It will be better if GNOME suspend his membership and if he ready to
comeback, just approve it.

I know this because I'm one of BlankOn Linux mentors this year.
