I am a foundation member, and listed with this e-mail address.  It seems I did not receive the voting instructions for the upcoming election.  I have check my inbox as well as my spam folder thoroughly.   

Can you look into this?

weird. So double check your SPAM folder.
If you still don't find anything, write elections gnome org and to ensure timely processing, maybe write membership-committee gnome org as well.
