Hi Andrea,

i am not sure how exactly the l10n.gnome.org inactivity is calculated.
According to http://cia.vc/stats/author/pkst?s_message=3 there are commits
and translations for the last two calendar years.

I vouch for Kostas Papadimas. He is a committer for the last eight years
and a translator for even more.
