Summary:
Nautilus

Detailed description:
I contributed the split-view mode for Nautilus, which was a rather
large change.

I've also contributed some smaller patches and addons to Nautilus and
other GNOME- or GNOME-related projects, e.g.

Nautilus keyboard accelerator handling
http://git.gnome.org/browse/nautilus/commit?id=0934864e259a8aec827ce157a8a2b258a8d6d1f8

Tomboy - gitg integration:
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gitg-list/2009-December/msg00000.html
which resulted in gitg patches: http://github.com/hb/gitg/tree/dnd-commit-list
Jesse van den Kieboom (gitg maintainer) reimplemented them in part. The
functionality is now upstream, and made it possible to write a Tomboy
Git addin:

gvfs: gvfs-trash rm-compatible option handling

Other comments:
---------------
There are a few areas where I particupate in disussion and code
contributions which haven't made it upstream yet:

An ongoing project of mine is trying to get generic undo handling into a
low layer of the platform (glib/gtk+). I made an API proposal
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gtk-devel-list/2009-December/msg00082.html
and a reference implementation
http://github.com/hb/gtk/tree/undo
So far, it didn't get past proposal phase, but gtk+ developers have
signalled interest to have something like this in the platform (e.g.
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322194#c17 ), so I am still hoping to be able to proceed along
these lines.

I am also experimenting with tools to overcome shortcommings of the
current GNOME desktop, e.g. with respect to trash display
http://berndth.blogspot.com/2009/07/trashjournal-your-friendly-desktop.html
(something like this could become a Nautilus view for the desktop, or
be included in the trash applet.)

I'm also interested in desktop interoperability in order to nicely
integrate non-GNOME applications into the GNOME platform, with some
modest results:

Claws Mail addin for Tomboy
http://berndth.blogspot.com/2009/12/tomboy-and-beast.html

GNOME-plugin for Claws Mail
http://github.com/hb/claws_mail_gnome_plugin

An old attempt of mine to modularize PIM components:
http://www.mail-archive.com/evolution-hackers gnome org/msg02777.html
Unfortunately, that project fell asleep, but I'd really like to revive
that idea.
