I propose to make a template on the wiki. Each candidate would have a
page with mandatory information (hackergotchi, affiliations) and a free
space where he/she could write his/her plans or whatever.

I like the wiki because it's public and dynamic (candidates can update
even if we could decide of a deadline for last modifications).

What do you think ?


PS: taking Behdad out of the loop as it's a pure internal and technical
discussion, he's probably only concerned by the conclusion.
