Since Javier turned up a few months ago he has done an amazing amount of
work. He helps in Bugsquad (he organized the last Bugsquad meeting) and
many of the GNOME Goals that we have, organzing and filing bug reports
plus often providing patches (only to name a few: Getting rid of
deprecated GTK/Glib symbols, GTK single include policy, Missing GSeals,
Prefer g_timeout_add_seconds, killing libgnome(ui), ...).

He's a big help, has lots of ideas to make GNOME better and hence
deserves to become a foundation member.
