Lucas has been around in GNOME for several years, mostly by working on
art.gnome.org.
He has been commenting on a variety of bugs and since the "relaunch" of
the Czech GNOME community this January he has been one of the driving
forces getting Czech translation into a good shape again by translating
many, many GNOME modules.
Lucas has also been very responsive on the gnome-cs@ mailing list that i
am subscribed to.

He definitely deserves GNOME foundation membership.
