Chema has been the last GUADEC2006 volunteer, he is in fact still
doing accounting work of that successful event. He assumed the
responsibility of one of the toughest tasks: dealing with money and
accounts. He was my counerpart for months before the event. If Chema
doesn't deserve to be member of the Foundation we should resign as
well.  ;)

Apart from that, he is a GNOME Hispano rock star!
