Jos�ar� aka Chema, is the vice-president of the GNOME Hispano
association, a member of Igalia, a company that writes free software
based on GNOME technologies, and, most important, has been key in the
success of some events, like the GUADEC-ES and last year's GUADEC in
Vilanova, and upcoming GUADEMY (http://guademy.org).

As part of his role in GNOME Hispano, he is helping in providing hosting
services for the association, and is being a key player in the
relationships that are being built from GNOME Hispano with other
organizations.

So, yes, I support this request :)
