Sanford (Sandy) Armstrong would make a great addition to the foundation.

He's been helping out significantly with the Tomboy Project.  More
specifically, he wrote the Sticky Note Import Plugin, fixes numerous
bugs, is driving the win-32 port, and is helping to drive the project
in a positive direction.
