Hi,

Xavier has been putting a LOT of hard work into the Telepathy backend
for Gossip over the past 12 months and his contributions are greatly
welcomed.

Xavier has also provided a host of other services for Gossip:
- Bug triaging / fixing,
- Mailing list support
- IRC support for users

Generally Xavier has been a key developer of Gossip and I see no reason
why he should not be granted foundation membership.
