Voting problems

Hello,

I am trying to vote for the 2006 Fall Board of Directors Election, but
on the first step I can't authenticate. I entered my email address(the
I've been instructed to vote with), and the matching token, but I get an
error: "The e-mail address and token you gave do not match an existing
voter." What do I do wrong?
