Frederic is the person behind jhautobuild (http://jhbuild.bxlug.be/),
a tool that aggregates Gnome build logs to help developers check the
buildability of their code on various systems.  He's also done a few
other jhbuild related bug fixes/features.

Certainly enough for foundation membership in my opinion.
