Detailed description:
*** GUADEC

- Definition and concretion of the GUADEC7 Barcelona candidature. Coordination, negotiation and writing of 
most parts of the proposal sent to the GNOME Foundation -

- Participation in the discussions about the GUADEC7 press release, the requirements 
http://live.gnome.org/Barcelona2006 , the name and  the general objectives of the GUADEC.

- Finding somebody to be hired by the Catalan government as the local coordinator of GUADEC7, plus 
post-negotiation with the Catalan government, the IGC and the GNOME Foundation board.


*** MarketingTeam

Some work started, then left aside to focus on GUADEC7 discussions and requirements.

- Attendance to GUADEC6 and active participation in the Marketing Team BOF, suggesting ideas to be exploted 
such as the Path ot Enlighment.  ;)

- Wiki pages update and some reorg - http://live.gnome.org/MarketingTeam

- GettingInvolved, initial proposal to promote/harmonize/coordinate the ways of getting involved through 
gnome.org - http://live.gnome.org/MarketingTeam_2fGettingInvolved

- If I can add this, marketing GNOME since 2002 at several (modest) levels including blogging, conferences 
and informal spin-doctor tasks in public organisms.

- Webhackers team: minor participation in the list , mainly around the possibility of moving to a Drupal 
based solution for gnome.org. 

- Desktop-devel (through Ubuntu devel): proposal of reorganisation of the System tools menu, available at 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QuimGil to be discussed in Ubuntu Below Zero's BOF about "Menus revisited".
