Localization, translation, implementation of GNOME

Detailed description:
I have translated Epiphany, Nautilus, Evolution, Gnome-Panel, Gnome System Tools, Totem, Gnome Applets and 
about 30 other gnome programs. I have developed website for the GNOME in Bulgarian! project 
(http://gnome.cult.bg). I'm part of a team, which implemenst GNOME in the NGO sector in Bulgaria  
(http://i-space.org/index.php?page=15&id=106)and other team, which implements FOSS in municipalities in 
Bulgaria (http://foss.bg).
