Okay, this is done. I'd appreciate if you could reply to that mail and
suggest a possible timeline for the referendum. Good luck with finding
some potential hackers to work on the voting mechanism, although I guess
this stage is not necessary for the initial 'Should we have anonymous
voting' referendum.
