Detailed description:
I was on  last year's GUADEC organising committee, and am involved again this year. I have also been working 
with Tim to have more cooperation between the GNOME and GIMP communities. I have been a GIMP developer for 
the last 4 years or so, and was release manager for a year. I have been a bugzilla maintainer for about a 
year and a half.
