Spanish l10n, translation of Evo documentation and lots of divulgation and lobbying, bug reports.

Detailed description:
Helping in Spanish L10n for many years to now, have translated the Evo help manual into Spanish for the 1.2 
and 1.4 versions, did bug reports for Evo and others and lots of speaks, divulgation and lobbying for 
increasing the enourmous Gnome presence in Spain and Latin America.
