[LaTeXila] [ANNOUNCE] LaTeXila 2.9.0 (beta)

Hello,

The 2.10 version is a little delayed. There was a problem with icons in 
the menus. It took some time to figure out how to fix the problem. And 
in the meantime, I worked on the search and replace, and use the 
upstream version of GtkSpell, since it is better maintained now.

If everything is fine, the 2.10 version will be released in three weeks, 
around November 1, to give enough time for the translators to update the 
translations.

Dependencies changes:
Enchant -> GtkSpell
(and check the required versions for the other dependencies)
